I just re-wrote this post from memory because after I wrote it the first time, my power strip was struck by lightning and my internet connection was down for hours. seriously. the lightning was just outside my window and then out of the corner of my eye I saw something bright and yellow and then a brief blue spark.
But I'm fine. Nothing was fried. Except my nerves.

This article about the relationship and marriage of megnut and kottke makes me very happy. That article led me to read my first blog: megnut.com and eventually to start this here blog. Now it seems megnut has become a blog about all things food. YUM! But she has moved all non-food related to this site.
And yes, I did check out the wedding pictures on flickr. I'm glad someone had a better spring than I did.
